The individual enterprise "Rovshen" was established in 1992 in the city of Mary, Mary Velayat and serves our country producing high-quality footwear. The individual enterprise "Rovshen" also takes an active part in construction works and has carried out construction of a considerable number of large facilities within Turkmenistan.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan "On the construction of modern buildings and structures in Ashgabat" dated March 02, 2018, No. 689, by the order of the State Committee of Turkmenistan on television, radio broadcasting and cinematography, have been completed construction and installation works and put into full operation 12-storey 72-apartment residential building on the Makhtumkuli Avenue, between the Taslama and Tehran streets of Ashgabat. Warranty period of housing of the building is currently in progress.
