The individual enterprise "Rovshen" carried out the construction of the mosque of the Balkan Velayat in the city of Balkanabat including a parking lot and improvements of the adjacent places, which is related to the project. The construction of the facility began in July 2019 and was completed in December 2020 with the participation of our Distinguished President at the opening ceremony.
