NUMASTEC AQUATA is a two component polyamine curing solvent free high build epoxy coating, developed for the industrial & marine markets. Revolutionary, extraordinary mechanical resistant diffusion-tight protective coating, specially designed for steel surfaces. It may also be applied on the inside of concrete reservoirs. Aquata’s ability to prevent corrosion due to its impermeability, adhesion values and overall strength makes it perfectly suitable for any type of steel construction in all sectors. So far the product has been pushed into the hydro power stations, ships and petrochemical industry. The material provides a protective coating film of superior impermeability and resistance to abrasion and impacts. It cures rapidly and the surface may be immersed shortly after application. The product’s pigmentation consists of specially developed extenders and color pigments. Aquata’s color stability is much higher than other epoxies.
